The City of Mission Hills is currently seeking applicants for the position of City Clerk. This full-time position is responsible for management of all City records and responds to requests for information under Open Records and Open Meeting requirements. This position prepares meeting packets, takes meeting minutes, and maintains records for the City Council. The City Clerk provides citizen assistance by fielding questions, concerns, and complaints regarding city regulations and policies. This position manages the building permit process and other permit and license processes. Must have thorough knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs. Two to five years of related administrative work experience preferred. College degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field preferred. City Clerk | City of Miltonvale

The City of Miltonvale is taking applications for the City Clerk position. Pay based on experience. Raises are performance based. This position could be full or permanent part time (# of hours TBD) position. Preferred experience includes extensive knowledge with computers and Microsoft applications. Job includes utility billing, financial management, budget management, municipal court, HR responsibilities and a wide range of other duties. High school diploma/transcripts or equivalent required. City Clerk | City of Madison

The City of Madison is accepting applications for City Clerk. This exempt position is responsible for performing a variety of routine and complex tasks which includes but is not limited to: overseeing official city records, financial accounting, supervising utility billing and related reports, payroll, budget preparation, and enforcement of city codes/policies. Organizing, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for city council meetings will also be required. Will also be acting court clerk during municipal court sessions. Bachelor’s degree in related field from four-year College or University preferred but not required; four years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of budget process and fund accounting. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, required. Customer service skills. The hourly rate will be based upon experience.
