Spring Conference is still months away, but it is not too early to consider applying for the conference scholarship. The application period is December 1, 2025, through February 1, 2026. Applicants must be an Association member in good standing; must be a City Clerk, Assistant City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk, or Finance Officer; and must submit a written statement of why you want to receive the scholarship. There will be no restriction on the size of the city; class 1, 2 and 3 cities are eligible. Only one scholarship will be awarded per city for the same year. The scholarship covers the Spring Conference registration fee only.
