Greenlights by Matthew McConaughy

The book is filled with stories, wisdom, and lessons learned the hard way about living with greater satisfaction. It includes lessons on how to be fair, have less stress, have fun, hurt people less, get hurt less, be a good man, and have meaning in life. For example, McConaughey says that red lights lead to green lights, and green lights are the easy times in life. Red and yellow lights are hard times, such as failures, winters, depressions, and recessions. Some say that Greenlights is a fascinating biography that is inspiring and that McConaughey is unafraid to take risks and go on wild adventures in his life. Others say that the book is an affecting ode to life.
